Hey everyone, I’m hoping to get some advice or at least hear from others who’ve been through something similar. Lately, I’ve been getting nonstop calls from a company called Nelson Cruz & Associates. They claim I owe a debt, but they won’t give me clear details about what it’s for or even provide proper documentation. The calls have been getting more frequent, and some of the reps have been pretty aggressive, which honestly feels like harassment.

Has anyone here dealt with them before? Did you manage to get them to stop calling or verify the debt properly? I’m trying to figure out the best way to handle this without making things worse. Any advice or shared experiences would be really appreciated.
