If you want to save Gmail emails to flash drive, you can either use the manual method or choose an automated tool for faster results. Here are both options:
Manual Method:
You can save individual emails as PDF files and then transfer them to your flash drive. Simply open Gmail in your browser, select an email, click the three-dot menu (⁝), choose Print, and select Save as PDF. Save the file to your computer and repeat the same steps for each email you want to keep. After saving them all, copy the PDF files to your flash drive.
Automated Method:
If you have a large number of emails, the smarter option is to use the Advik Gmail Backup Tool, which lets you download all your emails at once and save them directly to your flash drive.
Steps to Save Gmail Emails in Bulk:
1. Download and install the Advik Gmail Backup Tool.
2. Launch the tool and sign in with your Gmail account safely.
3. Choose the folders you want to back up.
4. Select the desired output format such as PDF, PST, EML, or MBOX.
5. Set your flash drive as the destination path.
6. Click Start Backup, and the tool will quickly export all Gmail emails to your flash drive.
