Does anyone else have issues with antibody batches giving totally different results from one order to the next? I’ve been running the same Western blot setup for months, but the last batch I got just doesn’t behave the same way. Is this common, or am I just buying from the wrong place?
Oh, I’ve had that problem before — nothing’s more frustrating than getting inconsistent results from the same antibody between batches. It can throw off months of work if you’re not careful. I started paying closer attention to suppliers and realized some just don’t maintain tight quality control.
