    I know therapy is great, but it’s not always accessible. I’m looking for digital tools or apps that help reduce stress and reframe negative thinking. Are there any you’ve used consistently and would recommend?

    I was asking the same thing a few weeks ago — I didn’t have the time or energy for weekly therapy, but I also didn’t want to keep feeling anxious and burned out. I came across some really grounded liven app reviews and decided to test it out. It’s kind of like having a little personal reset button on your phone. The app walks you through small, mindful steps that help you slow down and figure out why you’re on edge. No pressure to be “productive,” just space to breathe and think clearly. What I like most is that it never feels preachy — just human. I’ve been using it during my lunch breaks when I need to mentally regroup. Super helpful for people who want something simple but meaningful.

    Really appreciate this! I’ve been on the lookout for something that feels helpful but isn’t a full-on commitment like therapy. What you described sounds like a great middle ground. I’ll give it a try this week — fingers crossed it helps me get out of this mental slump.
